  location is the only plus point. But don't make it your deciding factor. The apartments are old and your children can do a science fair project on "types of bugs found in Texas". I am going to throw away my apartment stuff like expensive mattresses bought 2 years ago etc and not take the bugs with me to my new place. So beware ! after so many sprays you cannot get rid of them.
  On top of it the rent is too high. It is not worth paying huge amount of rent for an apartment with bugs problem. I have seen other reviews about bugs too. And also If you donot like Indians don't live or work here.
